Customers to the GK website are divided into 2 groups: store customers who live within a 60 mile radius of a GK retailer and whose orders are processed through that store, and internet customers who live more than 60 miles from a GK retailer, so can then purchase the items from GK directly through the website using a credit card.

When you select the retailer closest to you or with whom you already have a store/customer relationship, the store then contacts you regarding payment (including any sales tax) and how you prefer to receive your purchases, whether picking it up in the store or having it shipped directly to you. Goldman Kolber knows that these retailers provide you, as a customer, invaluable services. And those of you who have developed this relationship with your store and its employees understand that they, sometimes more than your loved ones, have a better understanding of your jewelry wants and desires. Your store can offer invaluable recommendations for purchases when your loved ones are shopping for you.

Goldman Kolber also understands that there are many who do not live within a 60 mile radius of a Goldman Kolber retailer and cannot take advantage of these personal benefits. This website is designed to help these customers in getting to know our various fine jewelry collections, ordering and building their personal collections, and also in making it easier for them to share their GK wants and desires through their personal online Wish List.

Please note that all orders are processed the next business day. Please allow 7-10 business days for items to be produced and shipped.

Should there be an exception to this production time frame, you will be notified via email within two business days, with an anticipated shipping date. Expedited orders may be requested and will be accommodated if at all possible. Please note, additional shipping charges may apply.

Goldman Kolber ships via UPS from our Norwood, Massachusetts factory, therefore we can not ship to a PO Box. Apartment numbers must be designated where applicable.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be posted at checkout. Please be advised that UPS will make 3 delivery attempts to the “ship to address”. Any cost related to changes to the “ship to” address will be the responsibility of the customer.

We are committed to every customer’s complete satisfaction with their purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason with a piece of Goldman Kolber fine jewelry purchased through goldmankolber.com, you may return it to our factory, postage pre-paid, for a refund within 15 days of receipt. All items must be returned with its original jewelry packaging, and in unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price only. Please note, items that display wear may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

You determine who you'd like to have access to your wish list. To grant access to your wish list, click on "my account" and then enter the email address of the person you'd like to share your wish list with. If they have already registered with the GoldmanKolber.com web site, then you will be directed to click on a button to share your wish list with them.
