How do you handle your shipping and handling?

Please note that all orders are processed the next business day. Please allow 7-10 business days for items to be produced and shipped.

Should there be an exception to this production time frame, you will be notified via email within two business days, with an anticipated shipping date. Expedited orders may be requested and will be accommodated if at all possible. Please note, additional shipping charges may apply.

Goldman Kolber ships via UPS from our Norwood, Massachusetts factory, therefore we can not ship to a PO Box. Apartment numbers must be designated where applicable.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be posted at checkout.

Please be advised that UPS will make 3 delivery attempts to the “ship to address”. Any cost related to changes to the “ship to” address will be the responsibility of the customer.
